A little guidance, whenever you need it
Help & support
Start here if you are setting up, bringing your data or getting back to work.
Sign in or recover your account
Use your own work email. Verify it before setting up a company or joining an invitation. If you forget your password, request a reset from the sign-in page.
Go to sign inSet up your company and team
The owner sets up the company and invites coworkers with their own accounts. Review the company and role before accepting an invitation. Each person chooses their own language from the top-right menu.
Open company setupBring data from your current CRM
Contact support before moving records. We will agree which customers, contacts and locations can be imported, review the mapping and exceptions, and reconcile the result together. Jobs, history, documents and files need a separate scope review. Keep your current CRM until the agreed cutover is accepted.

Good to know during the pilot
When does my trial start?
Your owner starts the 14-day, no-charge trial explicitly in company setup. Creating an account, joining a team or importing data does not start or reset it. There is no payment collection or automatic renewal.
What happens when the trial ends?
New CRM changes and worker actions pause. The owner can still open Billing & export and download customer data. Contact support to discuss the next step; this page cannot extend or restart a trial.
A save is taking longer than expected. What should I do?
Keep the original request and use its status or recovery controls. Do not create a second copy of uncertain work. Return to the same account and company before continuing. If you are still stuck, tell support the time, page and what you were trying to do.
What is available in this pilot?
The current pilot focuses on the web CRM. AI, paid subscriptions and payment collection are unavailable. Scheduling currently uses America/Denver. Your migration guide will confirm the supported records before any cutover.
